About Your Instructor

Imam Hatim Hamidullah is the respected Imam of Masjid Al-Haqq in Orlando, Florida.  He is an active member of the Florida Conference of Muslim Americans in association with the Ministry of Imam WD Mohammed (ra) (Islamic/Quran Educational Advancement) , a member of the Shura of Imams of the Islamic Society of Central Florida and the Florida Council of Imams. He is also on The Mayor’s Interfaith Council of Central Florida and the Executive Director of Knowledge for Living, Inc. 501C3. 

Through his association with the leader Imam WD Mohammed (ra), Imam Hamidullah has held responsible positions of leadership in Texas, Oklahoma, Georgia and Florida. Hatim was selected as a guest of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to participate in their first intensive Islamic Educational program in Washington D.C. at the American Islamic University completing and advancing in subjects such as Quranic Arabiyyah (Arabic), Hadith Methodology, Seerah (history), and Fiqh (religious rulings), etc. 

As one of the first students of Imam Qasim Ahmed (ra), Imam Hamidullah is well-acquainted with the Tafseer of the Qur’aan, the Imam’s teaching methodology and assisted him with several of his first publications. Imam Hatim understands the language and direction for Quranic Leadership and Community Life as conveyed by our leader Imam Warithud-deen Mohammed (RA) – under the guidance of our global community leader of Al-Islam, Prophet Muhammad (SA).
